<h1>Garage pop band The Frowns</h1> <p>The Frowns are a garage pop band from Utrecht, The Netherlands. The rawer rock influences of the other bandmembers transform the guitar pop songs of singer/songwriter Hannes Hilgenkamp into powerful guitar rock with elements of the 60s as well as more recent acts like The Strokes and Oasis.
